Integrations connect Autonoms to the tools your outbound workflow uses: data sources, outreach channels, scheduling, and CRM.
Typical integrations
- Data & enrichment: Apollo, Clearbit (and other providers)
- Email: Gmail / Google Workspace
- Scheduling: Google Calendar, Calendly
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
- LinkedIn: Chrome plugin (browser-based execution)
Principle: least privilege
Start with the minimum access required and expand only when you’re confident.
- Read: search, lookup, fetch records
- Write: send messages, create/update CRM records, schedule meetings
- Approval gates: require Human Operator sign-off for high-impact actions
Agent-level permissions
Different agents need different access. Example:
- Lead finder/enricher: read access to data sources; write access to enrich prospect records
- Outreach agents: permission to send email/LinkedIn messages (often gated early)
- Meeting coordinator: calendar scheduling + reminders
- CRM manager: create/update contacts, log activities, move stages
Recommended first rollout
- Connect only 1–2 channels (e.g. email + enrichment).
- Require approvals for:
- new templates
- first campaigns
- large-volume sends
- Add LinkedIn and calling only after the email workflow is stable.
Troubleshooting integrations
- Actions missing: confirm the integration is connected and authorized.
- Poor deliverability: warm up domains, throttle sends, use suppression lists.
- Duplicate outreach: enforce deduping and single-source-of-truth for contact state.
- Platform limits (LinkedIn): scale horizontally across accounts and use conservative pacing.
