Quickstart

Set up your first AI outbound team

What you’ll need

Autonoms onboarding is outcome-driven: you answer a few high-level questions and Autonoms provisions a workspace, builds context from your public assets, generates an ICP + plan, and spins up a specialist agent team.

  • A clear goal (meetings booked or pipeline target)
  • Your website URL and public positioning (so agents match your voice)
  • Your target audience (industry, company size, titles, geography)
  • At least one execution tool you can connect (email, enrichment, scheduling, CRM)

Step 1: Define the outcome

In one sentence, specify the outcome you want (examples):

  • “Book 40 qualified meetings with US companies hiring engineers.”
  • “Generate 500 qualified leads this quarter from fintech teams in West Africa.”

Autonoms uses this to decide team composition, cadence, and success metrics.

Step 2: Provide business context (fast + deep options)

Autonoms ingests public signals like:

  • Website pages (product, pricing, case studies)
  • Company LinkedIn profile
  • Competitor positioning (optional)

You can also run a deeper research pass that produces richer artifacts (see ICP and Growth Plan ).

Step 3: Confirm your ICP

Autonoms will propose an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Review and adjust:

  • Industries / verticals
  • Company sizes
  • Titles / decision makers
  • Geographies
  • Buying triggers (hiring, funding, tech stack, etc.)

Step 4: Connect the tools you’ll use

Start minimal. Common starter stack:

  • Email: Gmail / Google Workspace
  • Data & enrichment: Apollo, Clearbit (and/or CSV imports)
  • Scheduling: Google Calendar, Calendly
  • CRM: HubSpot / Salesforce
  • LinkedIn: Chrome plugin (for LinkedIn outreach at human-like cadence)

See Integrations and Permissions

Step 5: Review messaging + sequences

Autonoms generates:

  • Messaging templates (email, LinkedIn, call scripts)
  • Multi-touch sequences with clear cadence and conversion definitions

Use Human Operator approvals for the first rollout (recommended). See Human Operator.

Step 6: Launch and monitor

Once launched, you’ll use:

  • Inbox: talk to the orchestrator and agents, review decisions
  • Activity: see a real-time audit trail (what happened, when, why)
  • Data Hub: see structured outputs (prospects, emails, meetings, notes)
  • Insights: performance trends and bottlenecks

A good first-week rollout

  • Day 1: validate ICP + templates on a small cohort
  • Day 2–3: expand to bigger batches, refine messaging with A/B tests
  • Day 4–7: scale volume slowly, add channels (LinkedIn/calls), tighten guardrails
