Delete your Meta data from Autonoms
You can stop Autonoms from using your Meta ad data and ask us to delete it. There are three ways, from quickest to most complete.
1. Disconnect in Autonoms (takes effect immediately)
- Log in to Autonoms and open Integrations.
- Find Meta Ads and choose Disconnect.
This removes our access at Meta, deletes the access token we stored, and clears your ad account selection.
2. Remove Autonoms in Meta
In your Meta account, open Business Integrations settings, find Autonoms, and remove it. This also ends our access.
3. Ask us to delete everything we hold
Email privacy@autonoms.ai from the email address of your workspace owner. Use the subject “Meta data deletion”, and include your workspace name and the ad account IDs you connected. We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your Meta access token, your Meta name and ID, your ad account selection, and records our agents created from your Meta data, such as saved reports.
What stays: the campaigns, ads and audiences that exist inside your Meta accounts, because they live at Meta. Manage or delete them in Ads Manager. We also keep records we must hold by law, such as billing records.
