Reviews are essential for trust, accountability, and transparency in Autonoms. They help buyers make informed decisions, reward top-performing sellers, and maintain a high-quality marketplace standard.

1. How Reviews Work

After every automation deployment, buyers are prompted to leave a review of the seller based on their overall experience.

Reviews are structured around five key performance axes:

  1. Time to Deploy – Did the seller deliver within the 72-hour to 1-week SLA?
  2. Communication – Was the seller clear, professional, and proactive in their updates?
  3. Response Time – Did the seller respond promptly to questions, RFIs, and feedback?
  4. Quality of Agent – Does the automation perform reliably, match the Definition of Done, and deliver promised value?
  5. General Experience – Would the buyer work with this seller again?

Each axis is scored on a 1–5 star scale, with optional written comments.

2. The Unique Difference: Dual Reviews

Unlike traditional marketplaces, Autonoms includes two sources of reviews:

a. Buyer Reviews (Post-Deployment)

  • Collected after the automation is delivered and escrow is released.
  • Reflects the real buyer experience.
  • Displayed on the seller’s profile and agent listings.

b. Autonoms Review Team Rating (Pre-Publication)

  • Every automation receives an initial review from the Autonoms approval team during the approval workflow.
  • Criteria include:
    • Submission quality (documentation, demo, clarity).
    • Communication & responsiveness during review cycles.
    • Agent quality (functionality, repeatability, compliance).
    • Professionalism of interaction.
  • Sellers must score minimum 4 stars across these criteria for their agent to be approved and published.

3. Review Visibility

  • Public: Buyer reviews (scores + comments) are visible on the seller’s store and agent page.
  • Private (Internal): Loubby AI team reviews remain internal but contribute to approval status and seller reputation.

4. Review Impact on Sellers

  • High Ratings (4 – 5 stars): Increased visibility, higher ranking in search, eligibility for featured placement.
  • Moderate Ratings (3–4 stars): Sellers may be flagged for coaching or improvement. Repeated issues can trigger temporary suspension.
  • Low Ratings (<3 stars): May result in removal of the agent, seller probation, or account suspension.

5. Dispute Handling for Reviews

  • Sellers may flag unfair reviews for moderation if they believe feedback is inaccurate or violates platform rules.

    • Adjustment of rating.
